Nguyen Diem-quyen's store "Diem Quyen" shows that immigrant Vietnamese brides can have a happy marriage and a bright career in their new homeland. Located in Taipei's Shihlin district, the store promotes genuine Vietnamese goods and authentic Vietnamese food. For the past three years Nguyen has also been playing an important role in aid programs that help Vietnamese brides who suffer from domestic violence, marriage problems or language difficulties.
