Population trends shift, statistics say

According to a recent report released by the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, the top three cities in Taiwan in terms of job opportunities are Taipei, Hsinchu and Taichung. Hsinchu has replaced Taichung as the city with the highest inflow of people, thanks to the rapid development of Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park that showcases Taiwan's high-tech sector.
