The Taipei Indigenous Peoples Cultural Festival opened at the Indigenous Peoples' Theme Park on June 29, amid lively performances of songs and dances by local Aborigines. The festivities include various performances of local Aborigine cultural pieces as well as contributions from Australia and China. The theme park is situated next to the National Palace Museum.
