ICEC brings Chinese language to the Web

The International Conference on Internet Chinese Education has been hosted by Taiwan's Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission since 1999. Its goal is to improve Mandarin language education in Taiwan and overseas and to continue the use of the traditional Chinese script.
