Wuling Forest Park
Wuling Forest Park has a history of over 20 years. It is part of the Shei-Pa National Park, which was established in 1992 as Taiwan's fifth national park. Wuling Forest Park has always been attractive to mountain climbers, hikers and families because of its fascinating mountains, valleys and waterfalls. The park grows various vegetables and teas in different seasons. While peach and plum blossoms are colorful in spring, fruits and vegetables are harvested in summer. In autumn, maples and pines depict beautiful colors. In winter, the mountains are capped with snow. Visitors can walk along the hiking tracks in Wuling Forest Park and cross the Wan Sho Bridge, until they reach the pine and cypress forests. In the center of the park is a giant silver lion sculpture that is inscribed by famous traditional Chinese painter Chang Ta-chien. |
