Taiwan Art Education Institute

In order to promote art education and culture, the ROC government established the Taiwan Art Education Institute in Taipei City's Nan Hai Shueh Yuan. The main purpose of the institute is to stimulate interactions between people and art.

The institute has promoted research on art education and contributed to Taiwan's art education reform. Through the promotion of general art education, social art education and professional art education, the institute hopes to enhance and improve people's knowledge and application of art.

The Taiwan Art Education Institute has three major facilities -- the concert hall, the Nan Hai Art Gallery and the Chung Cheng Art Gallery. The institute has made great contribution to Taiwan's art education by providing advanced equipment and space for artists, exhibitions and performances.

The Taiwan Art Education Institute is located in Taipei City's Nanhai Road. It opens daily from 9am to 5pm.
