Chijin Coastline Park (Seashore Park)

The Chijin Coastline Park (Seashore Park) is located in Kaohsiung City's Chijin District.

Since early times, crossing over from the island has been of utmost importance for the dwellers of Chijin. While now people can cross over easily by means of an underground tunnel, ferryboats remain exceedingly popular. They are also a much-loved means of transportation by visitors to the area.

Another special form of transportation on Chijin is the "three wheeled cart". Common in the 1960s, this cart is now seldom seen in other parts of Taiwan.
