Shou Shan Zoo

The Shou Shan Zoo is located in Kaohsiung City's Gushan District. It contains more than 100 species of rare and wonderful animals from all around the world.

Apart from the display of animals, the zoo's shaded pathways lead to a number of quaint temples and shrines hidden among the forests that cover the slopes of Mt Shou (Shoushan). At that time, on the top of MT Shou, one can find a great view of the Kaohsiung City.
