Global warming moving Taiwan to action

This article was written by Philip Courtenay and published by the Taiwan Journal on March 10, 2006.

We are being forced to accept that human activity is probably contributing to a global warming trend with potentially catastrophic consequences. Regular Taiwan Journal contributor Philip Courtenay, based in Queensland, Australia, takes a look at the global warming issue and Taiwan's role in dealing with it.
