Fusing
(Fuhsing) is a mostly aboriginal township nestled amidst the verdant mountains
and rushing rivers of northern Taiwan's Taoyuan County. It is home to
Jiaubanshan (Jiauban Mountain) Park, a densely forested area that is especially
beautiful during the winter season when the plum trees blossom in great
profusion. Fusing is also the starting point of the mountainous Northern
Cross-Island Highway.
