Tri-Mountion National Scenic Area

Tri-Mountain National Scenic Area is located in Ermei Township in northern Taiwan's Hsinchu Township. It covers the Lion's Head Mountain, the Li Mountain and the Bagua Mountain, with a total area of approximately 1,200 hectares.

Tri-Mountain Naitonal Scenic Area has been developed with the objectives of developing local, educational, ecological and environmentally sustainable tourism. For example, the Li Mountain is renowned for its great variety of birds and butterflies. Local people of the Tai Ya aboriginal tribe are also proud of their delicate handmade textile products. Meanwhile, the Bagua Mountain is also known for its beautiful scenery and wild lives.
